GTAT Corporation (GT), the principal operating arm of GT Advanced Technologies group, announced that it has received several new orders for polysilicon equipment and technology from customers in Asia. These orders include its latest hydrochlorination Fluid Bed Reactor for the production of Trichlorosilane (TCS), which supports more than 12,000 MTA polysilicon equivalent. Also included are upgrades to existing hydrochlorination Fluid Bed Reactors and polysilicon CVD reactors.
