Solarrus Corporation today announced that it has acquired MaxGen Energy Services, LLC (MaxGen).
"Inclusion of MaxGen under the Solarrus umbrella dramatically enhances the asset management capabilities that we offer to utility-scale solar customers," stated Bill Klein, founder and CEO of Solarrus Corporation. "MaxGen not only brings additional talent to Solarrus, but also provides a platform through which we will continue to build our range of energy services."
Solarrus acquired MaxGen from Signal Energy. As part of Solarrus, MaxGen will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary company.
