Dear Sir/Madam:
My name is xxx , Managing Partner of xxx, a Brand New Solar Energy Company, located in Dominican Republic, a country at the Caribbean Region.
Our company is under the development of 2 main bussiness units related with PV Solar Energy:
1- Development of State Solar Energy Concessions in our country.........Actually we are in the process of adquisition of 17MW Solar Energy Concession.
2- PV Modules Assembly in our own Factory to be located here, in Dominican Republic......We have an agreement to acquire a 25mw/year, 2BB and 3BB assembly plant.
At the moment we were dealing a long-term supplier contract with Risun Solar (Republic Popular of China), based on institutional relationships between our Bank, Banreservas (Dominican Republic National Bank) and Bank of China.
In this starting point, Banreservas (our Bank) suggested, due the excellent bilateral diplomatic relationship between Dominican Republic and Taiwan , recommend to change our plan, and search a Taiwanese long term supplier.
After doeing a strong market research, all of us, involved in xxx operations, agree that Tynsolar, represent the perfect option to cover our needs, not just for the quality and efficience of the components, even more, for the strong Know-How in Solar Energy Solutions.
So, formally we are requesting :
1- Formal quotation for a complete Turn-Key EPC for 17mw peak installation to be delivered to Eximbank Taiwan by our Bank, Banreservas.
2- Formal quotation for a complete list of components needes to assembly 25mw/year, to be delivered to Eximbank Taiwan by our Bank, Banreservas.
