-The Aluminum alloy shall be made in compliance with 2-380
-The connection must be high strength bolts according to ISO 898-1 standard Grade 8.8
-The anodizing coating of the aluminum profile shall be according to the British standard BS 1615 and level of Grade AA15 and BS3987 .
-The min wind speed 140 Km/h
The mounted structure shall be fitted (No welding )
And we need the below certificates :-
1-Test certificate for the above standards
2- A certificate that you have min 10 years of experience in manufacturing PV mounting structure .

Most of our solar PV mounting/racking systems are composed of 16-PV panels, each panel size is about 1.00 x 1.65-m dimension,
rested on concrete flat roof, either as 4 x 4-panels, or, 2(of 1.65) x 8(of 1.0)-panels, (that means 3.3 x 8.0-m dimension) ...
The lowest part should be 0.50-m above roof level, with about 20-degrees inclination.
Please, propose a galvanized steel design for each system, state its complete components, its final drawing, and competitive FOB price.
